II. Payment - (digital) service complementing commercial transactions

In the process of buying/selling goods and services payment sanctions the agreements between the transaction parties, confirms the change in the ownership of goods or their qualitative change and makes the results of this process binding for the parties.

Therefore, what is important for each entity, party or organization which participate in the process of buying/selling and paying, are: legal and physical security thereof, number of payment operations/transactions and speed with which they are performed as well as reduction of the processing costs.

Technological progress and increasing competitiveness within one or more sectors of economy result in companies and industries competing for the end customer. One of the factors giving market advantage consists of collecting and using information on customers' needs gathered during payments. Legally compliant use of information is a driving force allowing to create individual offers and loyalty of current customers. Optimization of offer and payment forms results in increased customer satisfaction and reduction of costs of one's economic activity.  Knowledge of new payment methods and tools, if it is gathered and put into use sufficiently early, has always attracted special interests of management in many companies. It applies in particular to companies and institutions from particular areas of economy:
